Kenneth Lai
Kenneth is an experienced social media manager who has worked with 6 to 8-figure companies, including professional services firms and coaches.
As a trained sales coach and improv instructor, he brings a unique perspective to content creation—helping clients communicate with clarity, authenticity, and persuasion.
He founded Upsmash Media to help founder-led businesses stop wasting money on content that doesn't convert, and start building systems that generate real leads.
